Detailed Itinerary
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi heading south to Amboseli National Park located beneath the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch at your safari lodge followed by an afternoon game drive across the vast Amboseli plains searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and numerous bird species before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Amboseli National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast depart Amboseli National Park and drive through Nairobi towards the scenic Great Rift Valley arriving at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch. Later enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive around the park famous for rhinos, flamingos, Rothschild giraffes, lions and leopards before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Lake Nakuru National Park to Lake Bogoria
Enjoy breakfast before departing Lake Nakuru and driving north through the beautiful Rift Valley landscapes to Lake Bogoria famous for its hot springs, geysers and flamingo populations. Spend the afternoon exploring the steaming geothermal springs and scenic lake shores while enjoying birdwatching and photography opportunities before dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Lake Bogoria to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast depart Lake Bogoria and continue south through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon enjoy an optional boat safari on Lake Naivasha where hippos and numerous bird species can be spotted or visit Crescent Island Sanctuary for a guided walking safari before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Lake Naivasha to Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge overlooking the beautiful Lake Naivasha scenery before departing for Nairobi through the scenic Great Rift Valley with optional stopovers for photography. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon where you will be dropped off at your hotel or airport marking the end of your unforgettable Kenya safari adventure.
