8 Days Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara & Lake Naivasha Safari

Early morning pick up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel, then drive to Amboseli National Park through Maasai country. Enjoy game viewing en route to the camp or lodge for lunch and check-in. Afternoon game viewing begins at approximately 4:00 pm. Amboseli is home to elephants, wildebeest, buffaloes, gazelles, lions, cheetahs, monkey families and many rare bird species. In the early evening, the clouds may clear to reveal the snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, Satao Elerai Camp, Oltukai Lodge or similar. Spend the whole day exploring Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged at an extra cost, offering an opportunity to learn about local culture and traditions. Depart after breakfast for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at the camp or lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive along the lakeshore to view flamingos, pelicans and other water birds. Look out for white and black rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, waterbucks and other African wildlife. The surrounding lake forest attracts a wide variety of bird species. Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, then depart for Lake Bogoria, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at the resort. In the afternoon, visit the lake to see its famous hot springs and geothermal features. Lake Bogoria is also renowned for large flocks of flamingos along its shores. Wildlife found in the surrounding grasslands and thickets may include buffalo, zebra, cheetah, baboon, warthog, caracal, spotted hyena, impala and dik-dik. After breakfast, drive along the Great Rift Valley, passing the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy game viewing on the way to the camp, followed by check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, explore this fascinating wildlife paradise with a chance to see giraffes, elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, gazelles and many bird species. Spend the whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Search for the Big Five: lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard. Wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, gazelles and many other African wildlife species may also be seen. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge, Camp Oloshaiki, Ashnil Mara Camp or similar. Enjoy another full day in Masai Mara National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. This additional day allows you to explore different sections of the reserve and increases your chances of observing predators, large herbivore herds and the Big Five in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge, Camp Oloshaiki, Ashnil Mara Camp or similar. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Enjoy an early morning game drive, then depart after breakfast for Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional boat trip on the lake to view hippos, birds and other wildlife at an extra cost. Later, visit Hell's Gate National Park for game viewing and an opportunity to enjoy cycling through its dramatic landscape.
